Champion's
Training Camp is a cutting edge off-season football academy running
from
December throughout August.
Training
Camp offers:
Personal Competitive Group Training
Private Individual Training
Champion's
approach ensures quality attention as well as maximum repetition
for all students.
Advanced
Workouts include: on-field skill development, incline &
mountain training, plyometric training, speed & resistance training,
aqua training along with cutting-edge strength and weight training.
Competitive
Group Training
sessions are scheduled for weekends and
include a maximum 6 to
1 player/coach
ratio .
Private 1-on-1
sessions
are available on weekdays by appointment only.
Training
Camp sessions run approximately 60 - 90 minutes. Back to Back training
sessions are available for students traveling to California, or
by request.
